The room i had overlooked the parking area. this was not the most scenic view. the minibar prices also seemed quite high. i found the lighting in the bathroom dim. It made applying makeup difficult (it was quite challenging). additionally, the promised turndown service never happened, and i was a little disappointed by that.

The service in the restaurant was very slow, I waited for a long time before I was able to order. I had to ask several times just to get a menu, it was not very organized. I felt my needs were not addressed properly.

the breakfast had limited options. i was expecting more variety for a hotel of this supposed caliber. the gym was also surprisingly small. it only had a couple of treadmills and some free weights , which wasn't enough for a proper workout. i found the noise levels in my room excessive , i could hear street sounds quite late at night.

The junior suite impressed me with its spacious and beautiful design. I noticed the staff were attentive. The location allowed convenient access to the city center yet maintained a peaceful atmosphere. The rooftop terrace offered a nice space (I really enjoyed a glass of wine there before bed).

I found the receptionist to be unfriendly and abrupt upon arrival. The pillows were thin, which impacted my sleep quality. I had to ask repeatedly for basic things during dinner. Waiting for menus took 15 minutes, longer than expected.

i noticed some staff seemed disorganized during breakfast service. this caused slight delays in drink orders.
